On Saturday, December 5, beginning at 10 a.m., the Town of Whitby, Whitby Fire and Emergency Services and JCI Durham will be touring a special guest through Whitby landmarks and neighbourhoods!
Santa Claus will be taking an early tour of Whitby this holiday season.
