On April 3, 2020 the Ontario government released extensive COVID-19 modelling, revealing several scenarios that project the potential number of cases and deaths.

The Town of Whitby has awarded over $30,000 in funding to seven local community organizations who are supporting the response to COVID-19.
The funding will help the following organizations enhance the delivery of important services in the community, including online resources to help vulnerable community members:
