1. Parking tickets can be paid online or in person.
2. Special Notice for homeowners that received assessment change notices from the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) on November 1, 2024:  The Town mailed property tax bills on November 5 related to the MPAC notices.  If you have not received your property tax bill related to the MPAC assessment change notice, please contact the Town:  tax@whitby.ca or 905-430-4304
3. During the Canada Post Labour disruption, property owners are still responsible to ensure the Town receives property tax payments by the installment due dates noted on the tax bills.   
To avoid late payment charges, alternative ways to pay a tax bill are:
• Drop-box at Town Hall – No Cash in the drop-box please;
• Electronic bill payment at your bank; or
• Pay in-person at the tax counter.

The Town also offers an electronic bill option and pre-authorized payment plans, please visit Whitby.ca/tax to enroll.
