The purpose of the Town of Whitby's Downtown Brooklin Transportation Study is to:

• Identify existing and upcoming transportation issues to be addressed for the Downtown Brooklin area
• Identify transportation management options for the Downtown Brooklin area in response to the identified needs

The study area is bounded by Winchester Road to the south, Carnwith Drive to the north, Ashburn Road to the west and Watford Street to the east.
