Between March 14 and April 25, the Town is running two short surveys to seek community feedback on accessibility. The first survey, available now, is all about accessing Town programs and infrastructure. The second, launching March 28, is all about your experience getting around Town.
Whether you or a family member live with a disability, you navigate Town facilities with a stroller, live with an invisible disability, or are experiencing a temporary mobility issue (like a broken bone) we want to know - how accessible is your Whitby?
Your feedback will help us better understand what barriers residents may face when accessing both Town programs and infrastructure so we can work to eliminate barriers and make improvements as we work to build a more welcoming, accessible and inclusive community.
Complete the surveys between now and April 25 to have your say about your experience navigating the Town of Whitby.
The Town will collect community feedback so it can be brought forward to Council later this year.
