Thank you to everyone who competed in the Town’s first annual Community Lights Competition, powered by Elexicon. Your festive light displays continue to brighten up our Town and spread holiday cheer throughout Whitby!

Now that the contest is closed, an online mapping tool is available for residents to plan their own Whitby holiday lights tour. Grab a hot chocolate and experience Whitby’s twinkling lights from the safety and comfort of your car, or bundle up and take a winter walk through your neighbourhood to see some of the best decorated homes in Town.

While you are planning your route don’t forget to add Grass Park, Celebration Square, Whitby Civic Park and the Downtowns to your must-visit list. You won’t be disappointed by 100,000 twinkling lights, glowing art and interactive light installations on display as part of Whitby Lights the Night.
