The Town of Whitby continues to offer tax relief measures to help residents and local businesses during these unprecedented times.

Property owners wishing to defer their May 15, 2020 pre-authorized payment can email tax@whitby.ca before the end of day on May 6, 2020.
Any deffered payments will be spread out over the remaining property tax withdraws. Property owners will be notified of these amounts on their 2020 final tax billing.
Property tax payments can be made through internet or telephone banking, or at a bank branch.
Property owners can also leave a cheque with their payment information at the secure drop box mail at the front of Town Hall or mail it to:

If visiting a facility, please remember to practice physical distancing and maintain a distance of 2 metres (or 6 feet) from others.
The Town has teamed up with epost, a free digital mailbox from Canada Post that makes it easy to receive, manage and store bills and other important documents online. Sign up online at epost.ca and use the mailer name “Town of Whitby - Property Tax Bill” to get started.
