Residents are invited to take part in a new four-part webinar series aimed at increasing community awareness, understanding and education on topics of diversity, equity and inclusion, including anti-Black racism.
The first webinar of the series – “Addressing Anti-Black Racism – An Introductory Discussion” – will take place on Tuesday, September 29 and will feature Allison Hector-Alexander, the Director of Office of Student Diversity, Inclusion and Transitions at Durham College. During the session, Allison will discuss anti-Black racism and share insights on what we all can do to create more inclusive communities.
